Turning around contracts

If we initiate e-signing

  1. we send the first draft to the proprietor for review
  2. we send a second draft to the licensee for review
  3. we collect all relevant information for electronic signatures from the proprietor and the licensee (names, emails, roles)
  4. we initiate the turn-around for electronic signatures via Scrive

If our client choses to initiate e-signing:

  1. the proprietor sends a first draft to us for review
  2. we send the second draft to the licensee for review
  3. we collect all relevant information for electronic signatures from the proprietor and the the licensee
  4. our client initiates the turn-around for electronic signatures via their chosen e-signing tool, e.g. Docusign or Adobe.
